WHY USE A CLEANING AGENCY? WHY NOT JUST HIRE A CLEANER INDEPENDENTLY?
Cleaners are selected and trained before they come to you.
If a cleaner is ill or can’t make it to work, the agency will find a same-day replacement, if possible.
Your possessions are insured while the cleaner is in your home. Fair Trade Cleaning carries liability and bond insurance.
The cleaner is insured against accidental or workplace injury while on your property. With an independent cleaner, you’re responsible. A lot of cleaning agencies neglect to carry Workplace Safety Insurance, even though it’s the law. You can be pretty sure most independent cleaners don’t carry it, although again, they should. At Fair Trade Cleaning, all our workers are fully covered. Using green cleaning products is part of our active Health and Safety program.
The agency is there to watch over client satisfaction. If things aren’t going well, you’ll have someone to fix things for you. If you need to change cleaners, it will be a smooth transition. You won’t have to fire anyone. You won’t have to hunt up a new cleaner out of the blue when you’re already busy.
